Souvenir City Does Not Accept Returns or Exchanges On Merchandise Purchased In-Store or Online.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours before tracking is available. Shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on location. Souvenir City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact the carrier prior to contacting Souvenir City for assistance.
